My client an international law firm are looking for an Intranet Communications Manager to develop the firm’s global intranet.

The role will involve stakeholder management, development of a governance model, building new sites, management and enhancement of content and overall responsibility for editorial direction on a global level.

You will act as ‘Editor-in-Chief’ for the firm’s intranet exercising control of firm-wide corporate content and working closely with existing site owners, acting as a brand guardian to the content.

This position involves overseeing the information architecture and the overall look and feel of the intranet. You will manage other content managers on a global level and be involved in improving best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a background working on a large, preferably global intranet. You should be familiar with web technology and have an understanding of the editorial and governance issues associated with web applications.

You should be commercially aware and have the ability to communicate with global partners and build strong relationships.
