Job Brief

This demanding role gives you the chance to play a pivotal part in the BBC People Change programme and within the Internal Communications team, which designs and delivers key change initiatives that support the BBC’s transformation plans.

Advising, coaching and supporting Directors and their senior management teams, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering a broad range of communication strategies across the HR division BBC People. Overseeing budgets, ensuring projects are correctly resourced and leading virtual teams, you’ll think creatively to develop innovative new ways of conveying key messages across a variety of channels.

We’re looking for someone with a significant background in the planning and delivery of internal communications and change management programmes in complex environments. This should be supported by proven experience of coaching on style and delivery, knowledge of HR, emerging technologies and excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
