Your role and responsibility; creating a workable process; organizing your time; making sure others meet your deadlines; dealing with contributors; organizing resources – both in-house and outsourced; briefing photographers/illustrators; using photo libraries; managing the editorial team; staying in charge; decision making; managing budgets; the proof-reading process; and much more.
