Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £30 - 35k pa + car + healthcare

Tarmac Limited, the market leading supplier of building materials, is looking for an experienced internal communications manager to lead its well-regarded internal communications team.

You'll be used to handing the demands of a geographically diverse workforce, using our range of established communication channels to support a two-way flow of information and deliver our communications strategy.

Skills and experience:

· Agency management experience

· Strong event management, print and online communication skills

· A talent for turning complex messages into interesting and accessible stories, briefings and cascade materials.

· Comfortable influencing senior leaders, offering advice and consultancy

· Leading change programmes, communications planning, and employee engagement.
