This well-known financial services organisation is looking for an exceptional Internal Communication senior manager.

The successful candidate will have line management experience, a proven stakeholder management skill-set, and a robust knowledge of best practice in internal communication.

You’ll have a good grasp of the key consultancy skill set, including the ability to manage ambiguity, keeping high levels of motivation during times of uncertainty and change. Practically, you’ll also have a clear vision of the existing media tool kit, extending to a view on how the new social media can be leveraged for business benefit.

Financial services experience is a bonus but not essential, more important is a strong commercial awareness and the ability to speak 'the language of the business'.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high caliber team will be a distinguishing feature, as will the ability to deliver in partnership with multiple, often cross-functional, company-wide internal colleagues.
