Reporting to the Group Internal Communications Manager, the successful candidate will help to deliver the global internal communications strategy. The key objectives of the strategy are to create a sense of unity and common purpose across all divisions, engage employees in the company’s strategy and support the organisation through change to meet challenges and increase customer needs.

Responsibilities include using a range of channels, including intranet, business TV, printed materials, events and team briefings. Write and edit content, tailoring to specific audiences, providing guidance and support to managers and working with contacts across all divisions. The successful candidate will already have a good background and proven understanding of Internal Communications, along with excellent writing and editing skills and a sound understanding of new communications channels.

Experience of updating and editing a company intranet and website would be desirable. This is genuinely an extremely interesting opportunity to work with a global company and exciting team.
