Salary: £ 40,000 to £ 45,000 (full-time) negotiable

The successful candidate will provide dedicated internal communications support and will help develop and implement internal communication strategies for Europe as a region in support of the Europe communications Lead.

Along with developing, researching and writing e-mail announcements, the successful candidate will source (intranet) postings, video/teleconference scripts, Powerpoint presentations and other material for customers across Europe and create content for global communication channels.

The role will also focus and act as key contact on one of the corporate communications channels (such as cascade or intranet). The successful candidate will build relationships with European internal communications country contacts, encourage and develop members at team meetings, participate in global projects as appropriate and assist stakeholders to develop communication plans and deliverables.

A strong and solid background in an internal communications role is essential, with superior writing and editing skills and proven successful relationships with senior stakeholders.

Previous experience of working in a multinational company is desirable. This successful candidate will have strong organisation and project management skills and have previous experience of working in a complex organisation as well as being able to provide support to various levels of leadership. This is a great role, which will challenge and motivate an internal communications specialist.
