Book your place at this year’s CiB Conference in Brighton in May. If you’ve been to a Communicators in Business conference before, you’ll already know how good they are.

Top speakers, real-life experiences and case studies, interactive workshops and of course great networking.

Day 1 focuses on change communication with thought leader T J Larkin and James Timpson, MD of a major retailer. Alan Cook, MD of the Post Office, who also talk about his experience of change environments.

The Home Office jumped at the chance to sponsor Day 1. As a department going through major change, the Home Office team sees the conference as offering valuable training for inhouse teams and is including the event as part its Investors in People review.

On Day 2 the focus is engagement - tackling the many elements that go into developing strategies. We shall hear from Penna and the Pension Service about the major transformation and engagement strategies that have helped transform the department, and enjoy interactive workshops.

Brighton MetropoleFor those of you looking at technology, a panel session will give insights from experienced practitioners, share business case studies and answer any questions about new media, social networking tools, and their role as part of effective business communications.

The newly-refurbished Metropole Hotel in Brighton is the perfect backdrop to the conference. The Annual Dinner on Thursday and Awards presentations on Friday will be the usual glittering affairs and there is ample room to invite colleagues and partners to both events.

The conference offers industry-leading speakers, relevant and valuable best practise information and innovative approaches to a range of communication challenges.

T J Larkin Right: Change communications expert T J Larkin will be speaking on day one.
