Communications consultant and CiB trainer Dave Oliver has produced a new generic version of his popular pocket-size book How to be a Better Communicator - a practical, plain speaking guide to help leaders and line managers communicate and engage with their staff.

The 120–page book, co-written with fellow consultant Chris Carey, features nearly 150 bite-size nuggets of advice aimed at improving manager’s communication and engagement skills.
